What is a HTML Editor? If you did not know already, HTML is an abbreviation and stands for HyperText Markup Language. Editors are programs that you may wish to use to edit your web site HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or in short, your web site data. Nowadays even though HTML is the most widely used language, there are many more developed over the past number of years.
Dreamweaver is very expensive, so I’d advise playing around with some of the free WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) HTML editors before purchasing something like Dreamweaver. You need to have a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS before you can start taking advantage of the cool functions and tools Dreamweaver provides.
